When you schedule our service you will receive an email containing a quick survey, which is the ONLY prep-work you need to do.  Then during our first one-hour introductory phone call we will discuss the location of all your photos currently, I can make recommendations on which external hard drive and cloud service would best suit your needs, and finally we will set up screen-sharing.  Then we will schedule times when I can access your computer to do the organizing work remotely.  

 

You will be able to see all that I do, and I will also text periodically to update you on my progress.  I will create a simple chronological system based on year and month for the images, and then I will carefully clean out all the duplicates.  

 

When the work is done, we will schedule another one-hour call to demonstrate your new system, answer any questions and teach you how to add to and maintain your new photo library.  As an alternative if you prefer, you may schedule annual maintenance sessions with me to do this work.
